Our M Moser Hong Kong office achieves the highest 3-Star Fitwel rating for creating a healthy environment for all occupants, driven by our global commitment to deliver spaces that support the well-being of our clients’ people as well as of our own through human-centric design.

This recognition is the latest of six green certifications awarded to M Moser Hong Kong in the past year, having received the WELL Platinum, LEED Gold, RESET Air, BEAM Plus Platinum, and Ocean Champion Badge certifications – a testament to our mission to prioritise the physical and mental well-being of staff and visitors, and to implement sustainable best practices in design.

“We embrace the opportunity to develop workplaces that empower our teams and demonstrate the value of designing green and healthy buildings focused on human health and planetary stewardship,” shares M Moser Director, Dr Christine Bruckner. “This Fitwel Certification verifies our people-centric approach, supporting a diverse workforce, driving collaboration and facilitating a healthy lifestyle.”

Our open, naturally bright space enables a variety of collaborative interactions within different work settings that cater to both individual and team needs. The combination of biophilia, sit-stand workstations, acoustic areas conducive for focus work, and social spaces, creates a comfortable, empowering environment wherein people can choose where and how they work and, ultimately, leave feeling healthier than when they came in.

This Fitwel Certification verifies our people-centric approach, supporting a diverse workforce, driving collaboration and facilitating a healthy lifestyle.
