M Moser Director, Sabina Reddy, shares expert insights on the state of the workplace in India and our contemporary approach to designing spaces that capture the essence of local cultures for global businesses in an interview with Ace Update Magazine.

“Our projects always include a level of ‘Indianness’,” she explains. “We strongly believe that employees need to be able to relate to their office space. Workplace design should be considered as a tool to enhance how people work in order to meet the company’s objectives in terms of business, work culture, space and brand. Keeping those objectives in mind, considering the local culture is a necessity.”
