Our work with Dyson in Singapore won as Large workspace interior of the year 2022 and the Public vote winner. Every year, Dezeen Awards honour outstanding architecture, interior design, and product design from different regions.
The site of this project, St James Power Station, has a rich legacy of innovation dating back a century. So, the design celebrates this history by repurposing the site into a modern, sustainable, and holistic workplace that advances Dyson’s people-first culture and carbon net-zero goals.
This was a very tough category with very strong entries. We are pleasantly surprised that Dyson, a bleeding-edge company in innovation and technology, has opted for a refurbishment rather than a new build. We are impressed with how they took an old shell and modernised it.

The principles of inclusivity and sustainability are at the core of this design. We utilised smart technologies, incorporated elements of biophilia, provided amenities that promote inclusivity, and implemented strategies to reduce energy consumption. Brining to life a sustainable and human-centred workplace, we attested M Moser’s continuous commitment to innovation, sustainability, and well-being.
