Coming from an electrical engineering background in South Africa, Chien Wen has been working within the construction industry all over Africa, consulting for office buildings and malls. Utilising his MEP knowledge, Chien Wen brings in the MEP engineering aspects into the architectural and interior design, which further ensures the project’s buildability are well taken into consideration during the conceptual development.
Communication with our clients are also simplified as a broadened scope of service may be captured and discussed. The focal point will then be for end users’ requirement, managing our client and end user’s expectation.
