As part of the fifth season of DJSER’s “NEXT Generation” series, Associate, Alessia Li, joined a conversation with fellow female architects on the theme “Invisible Strength: Emotion and Detail in Design.”
Engaging in an in-depth dialogue with professionals from diverse backgrounds, she explored how to approach the complex demands of spatial practice from a female perspective in today’s changing world.
Framing the conversation around the three key concepts of “Togetherness, Trust, and Support,” Alessia shared how the M Moser’s team leverages keen insight, cross-disciplinary integration and agile adaptability to translate complex needs into forward-looking environments where care for people aligns with business strategy.
Drawing on real-world examples such as the Xiaomi Nanjing Campus, ByteDance Shanghai Campus, and Everest Medicines, she illustrated how the team’s work goes beyond meeting immediate client needs—using research to reveal future opportunities, foster mutual empowerment, and drive collective growth.
Alessia also highlighted the inspiration and support she gains from colleagues across disciplines—including architecture, engineering and design. Working in a collaborative environment that values diversity and interdisciplinary integration, many of her female colleagues play pivotal roles across all project phases, contributing both sensitivity and deep expertise.
At M Moser, we firmly believe that the growth of every professional deserves to be seen and supported. We are committed to cultivating a diverse, inclusive and interdisciplinary culture. We believe that by encouraging talents to contribute meaningfully across project lifecycles we can continue innovating and achieving excellence.
