Adopting a simple design style to create a welcoming approachable, the new space prioritises comfort for employees and visitors.
It was an honour to work with Colliers International on the design of their new Beijing workplace that fosters a culture of productivity and wellbeing.
Doris Wong, Director, M Moser AssociatesThe front of house embraces natural lighting, placing the waiting and collaborating areas near windows. Strong branding elements are incorporated into signage, supporting wayfinding and strengthening brand identity.
With a frequent need for meetings with external parties, two meeting rooms have been incorporated, designed for both collaboration and heads down work. Various workplace setups cater for different types of work, combined with intelligent office technology to provide a flexible and convenient office experience.
The design is embellished with the iconic blue of Colliers International, combining different shades to create a rich visual layer. The colour tone of the pantry is lighter, creating a relaxed dining atmosphere.
Through the use of environmentally friendly materials, ergonomic furniture and green walls, the new workspace creates a healthy environment for employees. The green wall serves an aesthetic purpose but also separates the open work and discussion areas.
