Working closely with our client, we delivered an integrated approach across space strategy, design, construction, project management and sustainability-aligned with its vision to elevate facilities and the workplace experience.
The vision for TSMC’s Global R&D Centre extended beyond spatial functionality to embrace a dynamic environment embodying company’s culture while prioritising wellbeing. To achieve this, the project was anchored on three core pillars:

In close partnership with TSMC, we explored the cultural and functional purpose of each space. Custom-designed environments, including the experience centre, main lobby, café and shared spaces, meet diverse user needs and create a vibrant community that embodies TSMC’s vision.
By maximising natural light and integrating nature and art, the ‘Knowledge Park’ offers a sensory experience that boosts comfort and focus. Amenities like a modern gym, varied dining options and relaxation areas enhance the employee experience.
The modular design across floors keeps the centre adaptable to future growth and changing business needs. A flexible approach streamlines construction and allows for easy modifications, supporting TSMC’s long-term growth strategy.
Throughout design and construction, we addressed technical challenges with advanced tools like 4D modelling, ensuring seamless coordination while keeping stakeholders informed at every stage. This approach enabled transparent project delivery, with every detail visualised and refined in close collaboration with the client.
