Building on a decade of robust partnership, we recently delivered its new Shenzhen office to support the company’s expansion.
Adopting an IPD approach, we created a space that elevates the everyday work experience while incorporating essential laboratory functions. The outcome is a balanced environment—welcoming and efficient—with key areas showcasing both innovation and practicality.
The versatile front-of-house enables easy transitions between large meeting setups and collaborative training sessions using movable partitions. This flexibility accommodates a wide range of activities, making the space suitable for formal and informal gatherings.
The double-height ceiling allows natural light to flood the space, providing an environment that supports wellbeing and enables people to perform at their best. The open layout creates a bright, airy atmosphere, while the terrace offers a peaceful spot for relaxation and yoga, enriching the overall work-life experience.
We engineered Keurig Dr Pepper’s new Shenzhen workplace with precision. By incorporating acoustically treated communication zones and ergonomically designed furniture, the space enhances performance and elevates employee satisfaction. The design integrates the brand ethos into the workspace, creating an environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
