We are thrilled to share that our Peak Re project has been shortlisted in the 2023 Best of Year Awards in the Medium Corporate Office category. These awards, hosted by Interior Design Magazine, aim to honour innovation and design excellence across the industry.
Reimagining a world-class building to embody brand ethos while honouring architectural character, the project epitomises a synergy of design, nature and purpose with the surrounding Hong Kong’s cultural district.
Group Managing Director, John Sellery, received this recognition during the 2023 Best of Year Awards ceremony, in New York. Peak Re’s new headquarters integrates light, art, and architecture, featuring a bright double-height layout and augmented floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise natural light. It creates an open workspace that encourages employee collaboration. The continuous integration of indoor and outdoor areas celebrates the building’s character, while staff-created artwork throughout all four floors promote creativity and demonstrate an inclusive culture. Moreover, the project prioritises sustainable practices and staff wellbeing to promote efficiency and boost inspiration.
