We are thrilled to announce that our recent projects with HSBC and The Chinese-American Planning Council (CPC) in New York have been selected as finalists in the CoreNet New York City Chapter’s Project of the Year Awards. This chapter’s mission is to advance innovation and professional development for the corporate real estate sector and to serve as a thought leader and forum for current industry issues.
Areas throughout CPC's headquarters are designed to encourage a sense of social vibrancy without being overstimulating. Categories include:
25,000 – 45,000 sq ft Project – The Chinese-American Planning Council
The Chinese-American Planning Council’s new headquarters in Manhattan’s Lower East Side is a community centre designed for culture, inclusivity and innovation, embodying principles of integration and empowerment.
100,000 – 299,000 sq ft Project – HSBC
In relocating to The Spiral, HSBC wanted to set an ambitious new standard in workplace experience. It engaged us to create the most sustainable, inclusive and technology-enabled workplace in New York City – and within its global portfolio.
Our project for HSBC serves as a test bed for progressive work styles to influence future practices within the organisation. We are honoured to be acknowledged among the leaders in our field, continually advancing design limits and establishing new benchmarks. This recognition fuels our drive to create outstanding spaces that define tomorrow’s commercial interiors.
The winners will be announced on September 26th at the Awards Gala in New York City.
