JE Furniture has opened its new HQ – a cutting-edge, high-end smart industrial park – marking a major milestone in its continued growth. As the design and delivery partner for this ambitious project, we were invited to celebrate the occasion and share insights into the journey behind it.
During the opening ceremony, Director, Lawrence Lok, was invited to share insights on “Transforming Product Innovation into Workplace Excellence.” He outlined the project’s vision, explored how it was brought to life and discussed its impact on the future of workplace environments in industrial parks.
Moreover, Lawrence highlighted how an integrated approach transformed JE’s brand DNA into a dynamic workplace experience. The space reflects the company’s commitment to engineering precision, high performance and exceptional user experience. A carefully planned layout ensures seamless movement between key areas to support collaboration and operational efficiency. The result is a smart, high-end industrial park that integrates intelligent office spaces, product showcases, a digital factory and R&D training facilities.
This marks our first ground-up collaboration with JE, bringing together architecture, interior design, engineering and construction management. Throughout the project, both our team and JE’s leveraged VR/BIM technology and digital collaboration to create a workplace that is efficient, adaptable and future-ready.
Designed to support JE Furniture’s evolving needs, this HQ demonstrates how workplace design can drive innovation and business growth. Looking ahead, we’ll continue working alongside JE and other industry leaders to shape the workplaces of the future.
