Sophie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology. She brings this experience to the Europe workplace strategy team.
Her role is to work with our London, Amsterdam and Paris studios to develop workplace transformation strategies for clients. Sophie takes an evidence-based approach to workplace strategy. She has 6+ years of experience leading clients through their workplace transformation programmes. Moreover, she champions the change journey to align people and their workplaces with one another.
Sophie is a WELL-accredited professional, Fitwel ambassador and Leesman-approved practitioner.
