Stasia joined M Moser in 2006 with over 15 years of experience in architectural & interior design planning and management. She has vast experience in delivering mixed-use, commercial, retail, education, new-build and re-development projects in Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area, Shanghai and Beijing. Her areas of expertise include large-scale complex development, real estate/greenfield due diligence, strategic analysis, workplace strategy and change management.
Stasia believes each client is unique and requires a ‘bespoke strategy’ – engaging stakeholders and end-users through the planning, design and implementation stages of a project. She helps clients meet their business objectives and ensures project success. Working closely with diverse professionals, she develops a holistic approach to managing project challenges and deliverables.
