We partnered with a longstanding client to design and build a new office space in Dubai, supporting its expansion into the Middle East.
The project shows how a global partner can help streamline new market entries. We keep standards tight and align the design with local culture—so expansion feels effortless and authentic.
Established office design standards provide a clear framework and ensure consistency across the client’s global portfolio. The Dubai office, in particular, embodies these principles through its elegant design, enhanced client experience and future-ready resilience.
Initially, we supported the client with rigorous due diligence on the supply chain, ensuring local partners met the standards established in other locations. Later, our local team represented this international client’s interests, providing seamless coordination and oversight during the delivery process.
The generous front-of-house area delivers an elevated visitor experience, offering panoramic views of Dubai. In line with the office design standards, material choices were carefully curated to reflect the client’s prestigious brand image.
Secure boundaries separate public-facing areas from the 70-person workspace to ensure confidentiality. Additionally, custom glazing and acoustic isolation enhance privacy in the meeting suites.
Close collaboration with the AV contractor ensured seamless technology integration across the office for optimal functionality and user experience.
A multi-faith room supports an inclusive work environment, serving religious practices and wellness needs. Designed in collaboration with the local team, its strategic location within the floor plan minimises disruption. Thoughtful details, such as wash facilities, carpeted floors and dedicated shoe storage, ensure the space meets the community’s needs.
The project reflects how we help clients deliver scalable frameworks across their property portfolios while carefully adapting to local nuances, ensuring each space aligns with both global standards and regional requirements.
In summary, our workplace portfolio approach can help global organisations enter new markets by simplifying the complexities of remote delivery, laying the groundwork for success.
