Building on a successful partnership, we were entrusted with reimagining Moët Hennessy APAC‘s new regional office in Guoco Midtown, Singapore. The project marked a new beginning for the client, presenting a chance to celebrate the brand’s heritage, embrace fresh work styles and provide an inspiring environment for a growing team.
Through a collaborative approach, our team delivered a space that seamlessly blends Moët Hennessy’s iconic identity with local flair. Balancing elegance with purpose, the new regional office celebrates the brand’s core values, rich legacy and growing presence in the South-East Asian region.
Moët Hennessy’s APAC regional office in Singapore is a space that reflects the brand’s identity and heritage. Our multidisciplinary team integrated local and regional materials, fabrics and motifs to celebrate Southeast Asia’s cultural richness.
The reception counter features a deep red lava stone, symbolising the essence of wine and the spirit of ‘lie de vie.’ The bar area uses lantern-like backlit stone accents and vibrant glazed green tiles, inspired by the roofs of Singaporean shophouses. Furniture pieces have been carefully selected to combine the uniqueness of Asian aesthetics and sleek contemporary European style.
Designed with community in mind, the floorplate features two main “Maisons” intended as department homebases, linked by vibrant communal hubs.
At the front-of-house, the “Bar”area serves as the office’s centrepiece for events and gatherings, bringing joy and connection to the workplace. On the opposite side of the floorplate, the “Social hub” provides a space for employees to connect. Adjacent collaboration areas facilitate team-work and interactions.
Balancing functionality and aesthetics, the workspace offers a variety of ergonomic work points for individual, focused or collaborative work. Nearby focus rooms, collaboration areas and visitor spaces complement the area.
Aligning with our client’s sustainability goals, the project incorporates sustainable practices that ensure energy efficiency and prioritise health. Indoor greenery improves air quality, organic materials reduce environmental impact and natural light helps minimise energy use. A LEED Gold-certified space, Moët Hennessy’s APAC regional office further promotes wellbeing through circular materials and biophilic elements that connect employees with nature. Ergonomic furniture enhances comfort and adaptable features ensure the space remains flexible and responsive to future needs.
Our change management process played a pivotal role in embracing new ways of working and welcoming the transition. By engaging the “Office Working Committee” in interactive workshops, we co-created future workplace solutions, from zoning strategies to workplace policies. To support employees, we provided tailored communication packs and welcome toolkits. The change journey culminated in immersive, gamified site walkthroughs and neighbourhood exploration activities, offering a fun and engaging way for everyone to get familiar with their new environment.
