Zhong Lun’s new workplace celebrates its core values of professionalism, entrepreneurship, inclusivity and collaboration. Inspiring confidence and connection, it creates a welcoming environment that builds trust with clients while reflecting the firm’s heritage and ambitions for the future.
We crafted the arrival experience with precision and elegance. A scroll-like installation unfolds through space, bringing movement and balance. An overhead ceiling inspired by calligraphy strokes adds a refined, dynamic touch. This front-of-house area weaves brand storytelling into the reception experience, shaping a strong first impression that reflects the firm’s expertise and forward-thinking vision.
Balancing structure with flexibility, the workplace supports focused work and dynamic collaboration. The 23rd floor serves as a dedicated meeting hub, featuring adaptable conference spaces with movable partitions to support different needs. Inspired by the 24 solar terms, each meeting room is named after a seasonal marker and features corresponding artwork, creating an elegant and inspiring environment.
To encourage natural interactions, small breakout areas are placed near workstations, supporting informal discussions and day-to-day collaboration.
Zhong Lun’s new Guangzhou workplace incorporates thoughtful solutions that prioritise comfort and efficiency. Height-adjustable desks at every workstation support ergonomic well-being, while a dedicated mother’s room underscores the firm’s commitment to inclusivity. Tea points and a Work Café on each floor offer inviting spaces to recharge and connect.
Smart lighting elevates user experience and energy efficiency. Motion-sensing systems in meeting rooms adjust automatically to occupancy, while zoned lighting controls in work areas provide customised illumination. In large meeting and training spaces, integrated control systems enable seamless transitions between functions, maximising usability.
